Introduction
Anonymous tickets in Grenadine allow your attendees to purchase tickets without identifying a ticket holder. An anonymous ticket does not have a designated ticket holder, but still retains all of the benefits of a ticket in the Grenadine system with registrations and check-ins. Anonymous tickets are ideal for attendees that wish to purchase tickets for other people while avoiding filling in that person’s registration information, or attendees that do not wish to designate themselves as the ticket holder.
Assigning Anonymous Tickets
If you choose to enable anonymous tickets on your Event Website, attendees will be given the option to select an anonymous ticket during their registration process. Once an attendee completes the registration process, they will have access to their purchased anonymous tickets in My Tickets on the Event Website. In My Tickets, attendees will find a link to a ticket holder form which can be used to gather the ticket holder information and any relevant registration form responses for the ticket type. The form can be shared with the designated ticket holder if the purchaser cannot fill-in the ticket holder’s information. Once the form is completed, the ticket will be assigned according to the ticket holder information from the form.
