July 28th, 2018 

New! a new completely redesigned “Badge” is now available in Grenadine Event Manager. You can now print a badge for everyone (previously it was possible only for ticket holders).

A new button has been added to the People grid. Just select one or more person and click on the “Print badges” button to get their badges.

You can configure the badge default size and elements in the new “Badges” page under Settings → System Settings → Badges. 

You can also print badges using the “Badges” report under Reports  → People → Badges.

May 18th, 2018

New! a new completely redesigned “Check-out process with cart management” is now available on the Grenadine event website. The registration process now includes a cart for attendees to pick and choose tickets and proceed to check out when they are ready. Is it particularly useful when you have multiple tickets; for event registrations and also for special access and events (workshops, classes, etc.).  The check-out has also been redesigned to facilitate and speed up the check-out process. The first check-out request identification (but guest-checkout is available) so if someone already purchased one or more tickets the system will recognize her or him.

Improvement: Redesign of the “Session” page. The grid will be replaced with the one already used on the People page.

April 20th, 2018 – Sprint 21

Improvement: the Grenadine Help Center has been redesigned to make it easier to help event organizers and assist participants and attendees. There is now the “Event Organisation” help center for event organizers and the “Event” help center for participants and attendees. Help menu items of Event Manager and Event Website have been adjusted in this way. 

March 30th, 2018 – Sprint 20

New! The new check-in mobile app for iOS is now available on the Apple Store.

New! A new “Checkout config screen” screen (Event Manager / Your event /  Tickets / Configure checkout process) allows you to configure the registration check-out process. Choose which login providers you want to allow, what information is required for the Purchaser, and what are the possible payment gateways!

March 9th, 2018 – Sprint 19

New! Grenadine Enterprise Edition is now available! You can now easily deploy Grenadine in each organizational unit of your organization and centralize the administration. More info available here.

New! Categorize data in Grenadine! a new category concept has been added to Grenadine Event Manager. You can define new “Categories” screen (Grenadine Event Manager -> System Settings -> Categories). The “Category” field has been added to most entities (Event, People, Notes, Tasks, Requirements, Documents).

Improvement: Grenadine Event Mobile App home page has been redesigned (display and performances).

Improvement: Visual improvement of the Ticket layout.

Improvement: Grenadine Event Website Login for participants and attendees: a new disambiguation algorithm allows a better matching when participants and attendees are using different email addresses or login providers during event registration and login creation.

Improvement: when a participant or attendee create a login on the Grenadine Event Website there is a new entry in the People page for this person.
