Call for Submissions
Grenadine Event Management Software allows organizers to manage and organize their Call for Papers (CfP), or Call for Abstracts using the Call for Submissions feature (CfS).
A call for submissions is, simply put, an announcement to potential presenters stating what you are looking for, and how to go about submitting the requisite forms, documents, files, etc. for your consideration. For some events, a call for submissions may be one of the first steps in the lifecycle of your event. With Grenadine Event Management Software you are able to gather all pertinent information in an efficient, streamlined way which allows you to both customize and automate features to best suit your needs.
The efficient yet in-depth process of creating a call for submissions with Grenadine Event Management Software helps the program chair(s), the conference organizers, the authors and the reviewers in their respective activities. Abstracts, Papers (called Submissions in Grenadine) are submitted by contributors using an online process from the Grenadine Event Website. The organizers can set up one or more Calls for Submissions. For each call, the organizer can build a form allowing contributors to enter the submissions info with documents. Once submitted, the organizer can evaluate, and accept or reject each submission.
