Organization Management on Sites

Introduction

An Event Organizer has the ability to manage any Organization from the Event Manager, but this is not always convenient. Grenadine allows managing Organizations from the Event Website by assigning Representatives to Organizations.

Organization Management on Sites

Management for organizations on sites is available to those that are Representatives of the Organization. Also, any person with role Admin or Planner on the Event Manager can access all manageable organizations for the event. This information can also be updated from the Organization table in the Event Manager.

1. Edit organization button directs to the organization’s management form. You can also click anywhere in an organization’s tile to go to the information management form.
2. View public page button takes you to the organization’s detail page. You will see the changes on the form apply on the detail page. Note that it may take up to 3 minutes for changes to reflect due to caching.
