Introduction
Grenadine Meetings give your attendees and participants the ability to schedule and attend meetings with company representatives. Meetings can be scheduled in person or virtually with virtual meeting rooms powered by Grenadine Jitsi.
Note: To start using Grenadine Meetings, you must specify the range of valid time slots for your event. By default, time slots are 15 minutes each. To configure your range of time slots, please contact Grenadine support.
Meeting Configuration
As the Organizer, you can configure your event’s Meeting settings in your Event Website’s configurations Grenadine Admin -> Your Event -> Event settings -> Website. If you are enabling meetings for your event, be mindful of the following configurations:
- Meeting preferred location – You have the option to allow meetings virtually, in person, or both virtually and in person. It is recommended that your preferred location matches the type of conference you are hosting: virtual, in person, or hybrid.
- Location – This allows meeting attendees to input their desired location for virtual and in person meetings. Do not allow this option if you have a designated meeting place for your event.
- Description – This allows meeting attendees to add notes for their meetings; for instance, the topic of discussion.
- Invitations need to be accepted by the invitee – You can use this configuration to automatically accept meeting invites for company’s representatives or give representatives the ability to accept chosen meetings.
Quick Tip: Event participants can configure if they accept meetings and their preferred meeting location from the My Settings page of your Event Website. Organizers can also adjust these settings for participants from the Edit person popup on People tables Grenadine Admin -> Your Event -> People tables -> Edit person popup.
