Mass Emailing is a feature in the Grenadine Event Manager that allows you to send hundreds or thousands of emails to your event participants in one shot. So, what’s the difference between Grenadine Mass Emailing and regular emailing? Mass personalization. Our mass emailing software has mail merge fields which are codes that tell Grenadine to fill in the fields with the specified details of each recipient. As a result, one general email will be sent to thousands of people but each email will be personalized by the mail merge fields so that it will display things likes a recipient’s name and the link to his or her personal schedule.
Drafts: This section allows you to see emails you have started to compose but saved them as drafts instead of sending them. In the draft section, you will be able to use Edit to edit your drafts and Delete to discard them.
Sent: This section allows you to see all the emails you have sent to your participants. Each email entry has a small envelope icon and the subject of the email is highlighted in blue. Click on the email subject to view a side screen with the details of the email.
